SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Candles By Leela's Shipping Policy section. Here, we aim to provide you with all the necessary information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparency and want to ensure that you feel confident in choosing our handmade soy wax scented candles. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities!
 

ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES:

Made to Order: Orders that are "Made to Order" have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 5-7 business days from the day we receive the order and fully paid for.

Stock Product: If you purchase a stock item from our website, it is typically shipped within 3 business days from order received and fully paid for. 

 

DELIVERY: (DOMESTIC WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Flat Rate: Fee is $14. This is via Australia Post. Turnaround time can be between 2 to 8 business days however can vary depending on Australia Post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Returns
We undertake to exchange any product delivered to you that is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us via email on candlesbyleela@outlook.com with images of the damaged product, where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.

You must email the image of the faulty product within one day of receiving the product.

We will only exchange to the exact product that was ordered.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace returned goods, we undertake to reimburse you the same way you made payment for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Order Cancellation Due To Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card or other payment method has been charged, we will immediately refund for the total amount debited.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
